Student enrollment process is most important process in our system. After registration of a student, a student need to view subjects in his/her dashboard but if you have not enrolled student, he/she will not be able to see his/her subjects.
Student enrollment process is controlled from the admin panel of an institute.
Lets see how you can enroll students for your institute.
Login to you admin panel, click at the left menu named as Scheduling. There are two sections in this page leave first section and scroll to second section where you can see two tabs in this section named as Enroll Students, Promote students respectively. By default Enroll students tabs is active. After that you need to follow the following steps,
** Choose Class Name whose students you want to enroll.
** Choose Section for the class.
** From appeared list choose students(Either one by one or select all from the bottom of the table) whom you want to enroll.
** Choose Enroll Selected and click at Apply button.
** You have enrolled you selected students.
---TERMS BEFORE YOU ENROLL---
Before Enrolling students Please Make sure following Terms.
** You have registered all subjects for a class. If not please register this class with same name and choose all subjects.
** Create all sections for the class.
** You have Registered all the students.
** You have assigned all subjects to the instructors.
** There is nothing left just students need to view subjects in his/her dashboard.
If you have done all above works. You are able to enroll students.
You can only enroll students to those subjects which are assigned to the instructs. For example class FSC has 6 subjects are from all the subjects you have assigned 3 subjects and you enroll students, after this enrollment students can only be able to view these three subjects in his/her dashboard.
